Refund Policy

Orders + Cancellations

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Arc Signature. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and any payment collected will be returned using the original payment method.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Returns + Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unused condition with all original packaging. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or altered

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. We reserve the right to decline a return or apply a restocking fee where applicable.
