Product Use + Customer Responsibility

All products sold by Arc Signature are intended for their stated purpose and must be used in accordance with any included instructions, guidelines, and safety warnings. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for reading all product instructions, warnings, and assembly guides before use.

  • Furniture must be assembled correctly and used only as intended. Improper assembly or use may result in instability, injury, or property damage.

  • Lighting products must be installed in accordance with the specifications and applicable local electrical codes. Installation by a qualified electrician is recommended where required.

  • Weight limits, load ratings, and surface requirements noted for any product must be observed at all times.

  • Fragile and decorative items are intended for display or light use only and must be handled accordingly.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that any product you purchase is appropriate for your intended use, space, and environment.

Arc Signature is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss arising from misuse, improper assembly, failure to follow instructions, or use of a product in a manner for which it was not designed.

Safety Acknowledgment

Certain products carry inherent risks if used incorrectly. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Furniture poses a tip-over risk if not properly anchored. 

  • Glass, ceramic, and other fragile components can break and cause injury if dropped, knocked over, or improperly handled.

  • Electrical products including lighting fixtures carry risk of electric shock or fire if improperly installed or used with incompatible components such as incorrect bulb wattage.

  • Outdoor products used indoors, or indoor products used outdoors, may pose safety or performance risks beyond those anticipated by the manufacturer.

You agree to take all reasonable precautions and to seek professional assistance where appropriate, including for electrical installation, structural anchoring, and heavy item placement.

Product Information + Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, and images on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all product information is complete, current, or free of error. Colors and finishes may appear differently on screen than in person due to monitor settings and photography conditions. Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly. It is your responsibility to verify that a product meets your requirements before purchasing.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arc Signature and its owners, employees, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of use.
 

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, product designs, and graphics, is the property of Arc Signature or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.
